We had our annual Fitness First Tri Meeting today after our long cycle ride to Naic, Cavite. We all decided to meet in Fitness First Alabang to go over team plans for 2011.
Mark Ellis was the speaker for the meeting and also the man in charge of the FF tri team for 2011.

Maiqui and I were able to get a sales booth for the Condura marathon. So my brother-in-law, Janssen, decided to take me to a spot in Recto for my printing needs…

I slept over at Patricia’s house in Laguna and decided to have a birthday bike ride with her little brother Janssen. We both decided to bike from Laguna to Bag of Beans in Tagaytay then back down to Nuvali. The day was wild since I had to pit stop twice in the ride to take two huge dumps at Caltex… Felt lighter after the dump and was ready to roll!!

After riding up Tagaytay and back down to Nuvali we decided to try out the restaurant called Pig Out.. Too bad it wasn’t my cheat day.. I had to eat my baon!
